Simone-Eva is based in France. She holds a BA degree from Rice University (Houston, Texas), coursework from the Albert Ludwigs Universität in Germany, an MBA/MIM (Master in International Management) from The American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) in Phoenix, Arizona. Certified on the psychometric tools Myer Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), as well as the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and the Global Competency Inventory (GCI), Simone-Eva is also a sought-after global Co-Active Business Coach.
She is a high-energy, polyglot facilitator who was educated and worked in five countries on two continents. Originally from the financial & hospitality services, and the consulting field, Simone-Eva held senior operational-, and key account management positions with multinational companies (Citibank, Disney, Club Med, etc.) in France, Germany, USA, Mexico, Senegal, Austria, India, Belgium, and Dubai. “She has great positive energy and humor to push reflection!” is how others describe her.
A dynamic Senior Facilitator, Consultant, Coach and Adjunct Professor, she designs and facilitates international learning sessions on “Global Leadership” for Fortune 500, CAC 40 and DAX multinational clients. She also teaches “Intercultural Agility” for International Business Schools (INSEAD, CEDEP, IMD etc.) from Finland to Namibia, and from the USA to India. With a lot of humor, she coaches international leaders, mid-level managers and individual contributors to leverage cultural differences as assets. She also accompanies global teams improve their cross-border collaboration which nowadays is predominantly in a virtual, global environment. Accompanying Executive Boards in their strategy around Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) have been her most recent projects: linking company values to inclusive leadership behaviors building on various Diversity factors.
She also contributes to research on the topics of: Unconscious Bias and Inclusive Leadership, global leadership, cross-cultural agility, etc.. She has partnered with Erin Meyer and The Culture Map methodology for over 15 years.

Mohammed Al-Khaldi is based in Saudi Arabia. He holds both an MBA in Finances and a Bachelor Degree in Business from the University College of Bahrain. He also holds a Business Degree from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals of Saudi Arabia.
He started his career in the Middle East in 2005 with EY, one of the Top Consulting & Audit companies in the world, where he spent over three years as auditor. He was responsible for performing independent audit including planning of audit, field work for internal control evaluation, audit tests, confirmation with customers and report preparation, and performing periodic office and administrative duties. As an auditor he too was required to identify, develop, and document audit issues and assist in the preparation of the draft audit report.
Since 2008, Mohammed Al-Khaldi has worked within a retailer in the Middle East with presence in over six countries in the GCC region. He gained experience in operations, procurement, contracts, and government related parties. He too has worked on key strategic projects for this retailer and other affiliates for almost five years as a director.

Ndeye Bineta NDIAYE is based in France. She was born in 1991 in Dakar, Senegal, to a family of three sisters, of whom she is the youngest. From a mother Docteur in Pharmacy and a Civil Servant father, Bineta grew up in Senegal next to her grandmother, a “teacher” who instilled in her the values of the “African woman”.
She attended diverse private schools in Dakar, including the Sacré Coeur College, where she attended primary and secondary school. She later joined Marc Perrot College, where she got her Bachelor's Degree in Literature and Human Life Science in 2010. Driven by Literature and Business Management, she joined a university course at ETICCA and follows the CEFAM (French American Center for Management Studies) program in Senegal.
After graduating in 2013, in a French American environment, she became bilingual and developed skills in Management, Marketing, Finance and Business.
In 2014, she joined the CEFAM Business School in Lyon (France) to pursue her studies until obtaining a Master’s Degree in Management, Marketing and Finances. During this period, she worked within companies in Senegal and France, but she also created a company called BeeSoEvent to offer services in the event sector. In 2016, she joined the hotel chain Radisson Blu Balmoral in Belgium in the city of Liège in the pursuit of her training.
With a penchant for Digital and Technology, she joined the YNOV Paris School in Nanterre where she graduated with a Master's Degree in Marketing and Corporate Strategy in 2018. During those two years of studies, she oversaw the Communication and Marketing for Aminata Paris, a high-end beauty salon located by the Champs Elysees in Paris. Since 2018, she has been promoted to head the Marketing and Digital for this beauty business.
Ehsan Ashraf is based in the UK. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Birmingham in the UK. He also is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in the UK.
Ehsan is a Senior Leader at EY, a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction, and advisory services. Based in the UK, he assists EY clients with their Strategy & Growth Agenda within different markets. He has over 10 years of experience assisting clients through their growth journey working with companies of all sizes, from start-ups and Small Middle Enterprises to multinational companies.
He has worked across numerous sectors but with a focus on E-commerce, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Technology, Financial Services and Food & Beverage. While being part of an international F&B project, he acted as the strategic advisor to the board of one of South East Asia’s fastest growing food and beverage start-up.
Ehsan also has experience of working in Industry, with recent experience at The Hut Group, one of the world’s leading online retail organizations in Beauty and Wellness. He was their Head of Strategy and Business Development. At THG, he was instrumental in delivering their International Growth agenda overseeing several functions including Strategy, Business Development, as well as P&L responsibility of their B2B business.

Angela Chen is based in Taiwan. She holds a Bachelor Degree Arts from Tamkang University in Taipei, Taiwan. She too holds a Business Management and Marketing Degree from Laurea University of Applied Science in Helsinki, Finland.
Angela had worked at Singapore Airlines between October 2013 to November 2018 as Senior Flight Attendant. During that time frame, she received more than 100 letters of recommendation for outstanding service. She also won the Soar Award as a High Performing employee. Lastly, she was selected as part of the top 8% of the Singapore Airlines Ambassador for the Singapore Grand Prix, Gala events, etc.
Since February 2019, she has been the Head of Relations for Tayrona Capital Financial Group in Singapore. She manages a portfolio of 400 clients and organizes events from 30 to more than 300 people.
Angela is an experienced communication professional with great abilities to adapt to diverse team dynamics. She too has strong skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin) and elementary skills in French.
Furthermore, Angela collaborates as an influencer for diverse Luxury and Lifestyle brands in Asia which has given her knowledge within both the Asian market and the Influencer Marketing field.
Finally, she has a personal interest for Luxury, Fashion, Beauty, Travel and Social Media.
Tony Gomes is based in Singapore. He holds a Master's degree in Business from INSEAD Singapore and another Master's degree in Computer Science from Telecom SudParis in France. He is an experienced strategist working at the intersection of Business and Technology, with a focus in helping organisations to shape their business and technology strategies.
Tony leads the Digital and Technology Strategy & Advisory Practice in South-East Asia for Accenture, one of the biggest Management and Consulting firms in the world. He helps clients to solve their most pressing issues and assist them with reinventing themselves to remain relevant in today’s digital economy. He has worked closely with C-level personnel in North America, Europe, and Asia to identify how digital solutions can deliver maximized business value from investments.
His expertise and passion lie in collaborating with clients to deliver digital transformation programs, capable of encouraging business growth and improving organisational responsiveness and agility. With 15 years of industry experience, Tony has had the chance to partner with these clients to identify productivity and revenue levers for addressing the challenges that come with ever-evolving disruptive technologies.
Beyond his work at Accenture, Tony also helped to found start-ups in the Data Space and Media.
Fifi Camara is based in Senegal. After her A-level, she graduated from the French private school PIGIER in 2002 in Dakar, Senegal. Since, she has been working in Senegal within diverse industries. Throughout the years, she has had various experiences in Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Communication, Leisure and Transports companies.
In 2006, she oversaw the opening, implementation, and day-to-day operations for Bernard Afrique in Senegal. This was the first subsidiary in Africa for the French group Bernard, a professional kitchen company. This enabled Fifi to have experiences working with diverse business fields including Hotels, Restaurants, Public sector, etc.
Furthermore, she worked in Senegal within Shipping, Freight, and Sea Transport which has given him a different industry knowledge.
Since 2017, she has been working on her own business. She imports and sells Beauty and Cosmetics products in Senegal.
Aby TALL is based in Senegal. She attended her entire school at a French school affiliated with the Academy of Bordeaux, the Sainte Jeanne d'Arc Institution in Dakar, Senegal.
She grew up in a family environment where she was able to acquire an entrepreneurial culture. His father, a consultant in finance and business management, allowed her to discover and learn from this environment.
After obtaining her Economic and Social degree, she continued her studies at the Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University where she obtained a DUT GACO (University Diploma of Technology in Administrative and Commercial Management).
She then joined a Business School, the IGS Lyon and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Commercial Development and Marketing alternating with the Quick France group. She held a position of Marketing Manager and joint Assistant Manager leading a team of 12 people.
With a penchant for Business Management and Development, she obtained a Master's Degree in Executive Management at ESAM (European School of Advanced Management) in Lyon. During her two-year master's degree, she held a position as a Head of Business Development at Aminata Paris, a luxurious hair salon located near the Champs Elysées in Paris.
